16 - New project started!

I have started writing my new book. It's a standalone, and the overall process shouldn't be as long as Pathways, for many reasons; this is plotted better, and I've had my two trusty editors take a look at the plot and supporting material before starting, and have implemented their comments.
Of course, given that I don't quite know how long the book will end up being, I can only give estimates. I don't believe that giving a progress percentage based on a projected word count will be helpful. Instead, I'll be reporting how many words I have written every week, along with what percentage of the outline I have written. This isn't perfect either, as some events that are described in a line or two in my outline should be whole scenes of two or three thousand words, while in other spots where I've outlined dialogue, whole paragraphs of the outline will translate into a single scene. But it's as close as we can get.
This week, I have written 3,200 words. This corresponded to about 3.8% of the outline.
If you want exact measures, I wrote 3,210 words, which corresponded to 764 words of my 19,907-word outline. As a side note, I have written 23,710 words of supporting material for this book, outline included; the rest is character profiles, worldbuilding notes, and LitRPG system notes.
I suggest you don't do the math to try to guess how long I'll need to write this book. There will be weeks like this one where I only write 3k, others where I'll write more or maybe even less, and there's the editing at the end. I will be keeping you regularly updated in any case, so stay on the lookout!
I have one candidate for the list below, a humorous LitRPG standalone or series. I haven't decided whether I'll write it or not, or what form it will take, but I've been thinking about it more and more. I like writing comedy even if my comedy isn't the funniest thing in the world; I am ghostwriting a sci-fi comedy series for a client which I dearly love and believe it'll be funny to try my hand at a fantasy one, too.
Bright Fantasy LitRPG one-off (working title): running word total is 3,200 words, 3.8% of the outline written.
Mages' Guild book 3: outline still brewing. If Pathways sells well, this will be written right after Bright Fantasy WT. If not, it might be pushed after another one-off—but I will definitely finish it, even if it doesn't sell that well. However, if you are eager to read the continuation of Emily's adventures, recommend the books to your friends!
